SimplyFastFood complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. We collect personal details (full name, delivery address, email, contact phone number) strictly for order fulfillment, merchant communication, and account management.
2. Payment Infrastructure & Security
Card processing is handled via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (Stripe / Apple Pay). Raw credit or debit card numbers are never stored on SimplyFastFood infrastructure. All web requests pass through 256-bit TLS encryption.
3. Location & Live Tracking Scoping
Postcode and geolocation data are utilized during active orders to compute delivery distances, verify delivery availability, and display live courier GPS progress. We do not track your location in the background when the app or website is inactive.
5. Your Data Rights & Access Requests
