1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, placing an order, or registering an account on SimplyFastFood, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.
2. Orders & Pre-order Scheduling
SimplyFastFood acts as an intermediary delivery platform connecting customers with licensed food merchants. Pre-orders placed during closed hours are scheduled for fulfillment upon merchant re-opening. The restaurant receives dispatch notifications 30 minutes prior to your selected delivery slot.
3. Pricing, Delivery Fees & Driver Tips
All item prices include applicable VAT. Delivery fees are computed based on distance (£3.95 basic up to 1.5 miles + distance surcharge). Processing fees apply to sub-£20 orders. 100% of driver tips are disbursed directly to your courier.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled with a full refund up until the merchant commences food preparation. Once kitchen preparation has started, order cancellation fees equal to the order subtotal apply. Refunds for missing items are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with platform usage fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
